Job Description
Alila Napa Valley is seeking a Chief Engineer to lead the day-to-day maintenance and operation of their luxury property. This is a working leadership role that involves hands-on repairs and troubleshooting, as well as guiding and supporting a team of engineers.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on engineering experience with prior team leadership responsibility
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and general building systems
  • Ability to balance hands-on work with team oversight and accountability
  • Strong troubleshooting, time-management, and communication skills
