Hyatt's Alila Napa Valley seeks a Chief Engineer to lead day-to-day maintenance and operation of the luxury property, overseeing a team of engineers and performing hands-on maintenance and repairs.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on engineering experience with prior team leadership responsibility
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and general building systems
  • Ability to balance hands-on work with team oversight and accountability
  • Strong troubleshooting, time-management, and communication skills
