Job Description
At Alila Napa Valley, we're seeking a hands-on Chief Engineer to lead day-to-day maintenance and operation of our luxury property. This role requires strong technical knowledge and experience supervising engineers.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on engineering experience with prior team leadership responsibility
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and general building systems
  • Experience supervising or leading engineers or maintenance technicians
  • Ability to balance hands-on work with team oversight and accountability
  • Strong troubleshooting, time-management, and communication skills
  • Experience working with vendors and service providers
  • Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements
