The Chief Engineer is responsible for the oversight of the building maintenance of the property, including interior and exterior work. They must be knowledgeable in HVAC, Refrigeration, and Electrical Engineering. The position requires strong leadership skills, customer service skills, technical skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements

  • HVAC Certified
  • Comparable technical school certification
  • High school degree
  • AA degree in industry
  • Three to Five years of experience as a Maintenance employee in a supervisory role in hi-rise buildings
  • Valid Florida driver's license
  • Ability to analyze and interpret technical aspects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel applications
