Role OverviewOversee final stages of construction and MEP completion, lead acceptance testing, and establish preventive maintenance programs. Manage the Engineering department, ensuring timely and cost-effective maintenance of all facilities. Implement a robust PM schedule and supervise daily operations.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three (3) years of experience as a maintenance technician in a supervisory role in hi-rise buildings or residential housing/community settings
- HVAC Certified and/or comparable technical school certification (preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of basic trades, such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and painting standard principles and practices
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical aspects, pumps, and motors, mechanical systems with a similar degree of complexity
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact professionally and effectively with residents, vendors, and team members
