Job Description
Thompson Palm Springs is currently recruiting for an experienced Chief Engineer to join the hotel's Engineering team. The Chief Engineer plays a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the physical infrastructure and systems.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years' building maintenance experience is required, with hotel experience preferred.
  • Previous leadership experience in a similar role preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Engineering/Facility Management degree preferred
  • Must have experience operating high pressure Steam Boilers, Chillers, HVAC systems
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
