Job Description
The Chief Engineer will be responsible for supervising and executing general maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance in various areas of the hotel.

Requirements

  • Guest rooms maintenance
  • Meeting space maintenance
  • Front of house areas maintenance
  • Back of house areas maintenance
  • Experience in Industrial, Electrical, and Building maintenance
  • HVAC, Chillers, and Pumps experience
  • Building maintenance experience
  • Communication skills
  • Windows computer systems experience
  • Hotel experience preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints & schematics preferred
  • Basic trouble shooting
  • EPA Certified
  • Locksmith skills
