Job Description
Thompson Palm Springs is recruiting for an experienced Chief Engineer to join the hotel's Engineering team. The position assists the Director of Engineering in overseeing the engineering and maintenance department, ensuring the hotel's facilities are in optimal condition and that safety and environmental standards are met.

Requirements

  • 4 years' building maintenance experience
  • Previous leadership experience in a similar role
  • Engineering/Facility Management degree
  • Experience operating high pressure Steam Boilers, Chillers, HVAC systems
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
