Job Description
Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa & Marina is recruiting for an experienced Chief Engineer to join the hotel's Engineering team. The Chief Engineer plays a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the physical infrastructure and systems.

Requirements

  • Assists in the execution of capital projects and property rehabilitations
  • Assists in interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff
  • Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members
  • Ensure maintenance of tools and equipment in safe working condition
  • Maintain records of types and frequency of maintenance
  • Make approved purchases of supplies, equipment and services
  • Maintain inventory
  • Conduct regular safety inspections of the property
