Role OverviewThe CEO has responsibility for the overall financial direction and stability of the agency. This position is also responsible for overseeing operations of the agency including purchasing and maintenance/transportation.
What You Will Do
Provides direct financial oversight for all agency financial matters, oversees compliance with state and federal rules and regulations, and oversees and finalizes draft agency budget for the Board of Directors and executive team.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business related field, Masters Degree and/or CPA preferred

- Proven skills in managing a team ranging from entry level to experienced professionals and ensuring individual results through positive coaching and mentoring
