Role OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on, operationally focused leader to join a growing payroll processing company in Brooklyn NY. This in-person role combines strategic financial leadership with direct oversight of payroll tax operations, compliance, and process management.
What You Will Do
Oversee all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements while maintaining internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP. Manage audits, tax filings, banking relationships, insurance matters, and advise executive leadership on financial strategy.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting/finance leadership experience

- Deep understanding of multi-state payroll tax compliance, agency requirements
