Role OverviewThe Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead the company's financial strategy, drive profitability, and support long-term wealth preservation for the family owners. The CFO will oversee accounting operations, manage cash flow, and collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to improve cost efficiency.
What You Will Do
The CFO will develop and execute financial strategies, provide financial modeling and scenario planning, and support succession planning. The CFO will also lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning, and deliver timely and accurate financial reporting.
