Role OverviewThe Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as a strategic business partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, providing financial leadership to support the Company's continued growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.
What You Will Do
Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to develop and execute long-term strategic growth plans, evaluate organic growth opportunities, and direct annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline
- CPA, CMA, and/or MBA strongly preferred
- 5+ years in a senior executive finance role (CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent)
- Significant experience within food manufacturing, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or related industries
- Deep knowledge of manufacturing finance, cost accounting, inventory management, and supply chain operations
