Role OverviewA well-established and growing construction firm seeks a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to serve as a key strategic partner to senior leadership and the Board. The CFO will provide financial vision and operational discipline to support continued growth, protect bonding capacity, and ensure long-term financial health.
What You Will Do
Own all financial reporting, manage WIP schedules, oversee AIA billing, lead annual budgeting, and manage tax planning and compliance.

15+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the construction industry. Deep expertise in construction accounting, including WIP, job costing, and percentage-of-completion method.
Requirements

- Deep expertise in construction accounting
- CPA or CMA designation
- MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Business
- Experience with Sage Intacct
- Familiarity with other construction ERP platforms
- Familiarity with Nevada and regional market dynamics
