Role OverviewThe organization is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to partner with the CEO, COO, and finance leadership team to ensure the business has the financial capacity, strategy, and infrastructure needed to scale. The CFO will focus on capital strategy, financing, working capital, bonding and surety relationships, financial risk, and long-term planning.
What You Will Do
The CFO will lead capital strategy, financing, liquidity, and working-capital planning, strengthen relationships with banks, lenders, and surety partners, support bonding capacity, and provide executive oversight of construction finance.

Requirements
- Senior financial leadership experience in construction or another project-based, capital-intensive business
