Role Overview

The organization is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to partner with the CEO, COO, and finance leadership team to ensure the business has the financial capacity, strategy, and infrastructure needed to scale. The CFO will focus on capital strategy, financing, working capital, bonding and surety relationships, financial risk, and long-term planning.

What You Will Do

The CFO will lead capital strategy, financing, liquidity, and working-capital planning, strengthen relationships with banks, lenders, and surety partners, support bonding capacity, and provide executive oversight of construction finance.

Requirements

  • Senior financial leadership experience in construction or another project-based, capital-intensive business

  • Strong experience with financing, lender relationships, working capital, and cash flow
  • Experience with bonding and surety relationships
  • Strong understanding of construction accounting, WIP, job costing, and project financials
  • Proven ability to work effectively with CEOs, COOs, owners, and operational leaders
  • A collaborative leadership style with a track record of developing strong finance teams
