This role requires a self-directed, highly accountable professional who can manage a multi-grant, multi-funding stream budget environment, deliver actionable financial insights, and foster collaborative relationships across the leadership team.
What You Will Do
Build and manage the annual budget, track expenditures and allocations across 22 grant funding streams, deliver monthly financial reports and projections, and support the CEO and COO with strategic financial planning and insight.

Requirements
- Proven experience managing multi-grant funding streams and allocating resources effectively
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting experience
- Ability to synthesize financial data and deliver actionable insights to leadership
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills; able to work closely with senior leadership and program directors
- Self-directed, accountable, and mature; able to hit the ground running
- Familiarity with nonprofit finance, grants, and funding structures is highly desirable
