Job Description
KCDC is seeking its next Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a high-performing team dedicated to creating lasting impact in communities. The CFO will lead the development and implementation of financial strategies, oversee financial operations, and provide analytical support to the CEO and executive leadership team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, public administration, or a closely related field
  • At least 10 years of progressively responsible financial management experience
  • Minimum of five years in a senior leadership or executive role with supervisory responsibility
  • Certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
  • Experience working with or establishing public-private partnerships, managing complex fund structures, and raising capital through innovative financial tools
