The Chief Digital and Information Officer (CDIO) is responsible for the company’s entire technology vision, strategy, and execution, leading a technology organization spanning infrastructure, service delivery, program management, and engineering across multiple facilities.

  • Plan and execute manufacturing application modernization
  • Develop customer intelligence and CRM capabilities
  • Execute strategic pricing initiatives
  • Deliver operational tools
  • Manufacturing intelligence
  • Drive FSMA 204 regulatory traceability
  • Manage shop floor data collection systems
  • Support supply chain visibility
  • Evaluate and deploy computer vision
  • Implement predictive maintenance capabilities
  • Lead inventory accuracy improvement
  • Deliver consolidated financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance across automated financial workflows
  • Provide KPI scorecards and executive dashboards
  • Manage wide-area network (WAN) connectivity
  • Oversee manufacturing floor technology
  • Manage Azure cloud infrastructure

  • Own information security strategy

  • Experience leading large-scale, multi-year, multi-facility ERP transformation or consolidation programs
  • Proven ability to build and deploy production-grade AI/ML solutions
  • Deep expertise in enterprise ERP systems
  • Strong background in data architecture
  • Hands-on full-stack development experience
  • Demonstrated success leading Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments
  • Industry experience within food & beverage or CPG
  • Strong understanding of financial systems and processes
  • Expertise in database architecture and administration
  • Experience designing and implementing cloud-based solutions
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and systems integration
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
