Role OverviewThe Chief Information Officer (CIO) will develop, lead, and implement the company’s overall technology strategy to support business objectives, innovation, operational efficiency, and security. This role is responsible for overseeing enterprise technology infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, digital transformation initiatives, and the adoption of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI).
What You Will Do
Collaborate with executive leadership to identify how technology can support and enhance business operations, growth, and financial performance. Develop and execute the organization’s technology roadmap, including infrastructure modernization, cloud strategy, cybersecurity, and AI initiatives.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology
- At least 10 years of experience in administration of information systems and technology, with increasing level of responsibility throughout
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation technologies, and digital transformation strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Excellent ability to align technology initiatives with long-term business goals
- Thorough understanding of enterprise technology systems, infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and software platforms
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Benefits
- Full-time, exempt position
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Occasional work on Saturday’s and Sunday’s may also be required
- Travel will be required for the position up to 25%
