Role OverviewThe Chief Lending Officer is responsible for the strategic direction, profitability, quality, and growth of the Bank's lending functions. The position oversees commercial, consumer, mortgage, and specialty lending, ensuring sound credit administration, regulatory compliance, and portfolio quality.

Responsibilities include developing and executing the Bank's lending strategy, participating in strategic planning and annual budgeting, collaborating with executive management to achieve growth and profitability goals, and representing the Bank in community, civic, and business organizations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field

- 12–15+ years of progressive bank lending experience
- 7–10+ years of executive or senior lending management experience
- Extensive commercial credit experience
- Experience managing multiple lending disciplines
- Community or regional bank experience preferred
