Role OverviewThe Chief Engineer oversees the maintenance operations of the hotel, ensuring all systems are functioning efficiently. This role manages maintenance staff and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety standards and timely completion of projects to maintain guest satisfaction and hotel operations.
What You Will Do
Provide professional and courteous guest service, supervise maintenance operations, monitor and manage energy consumption, oversee contracted services, supervise maintenance staff, and ensure timely and accurate completion of all maintenance projects.

Requirements

- Experience with budgeting, inventory management, and purchasing for maintenance operations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle emergency situations effectively
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail in project planning and execution
- Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with other departments, vendors, and management
