Role OverviewThe Chief of Security is responsible for supporting the reentry programs and services offered by Mirror, including security/accountability and clerical duties. The Chief of Security shall provide technical support to line staff members and operate in an ethical, professional manner.
What You Will Do
The duties of this position include facility and program security, inmate accountability support, supervision of RRC Program Technician staff, supervision of federal offenders, charting of offender behavior, and clerical tasks. The Chief of Security shall also assist the site Director with paperwork demands, participate in program planning, and conduct onsite reviews of daily operations.
