Role OverviewThe Chief of Staff will provide executive and strategic direction for the management of Facilities Management & Construction's (FMC) 1000+ workforce. The role will serve on the senior leadership team and report directly to the Deputy Commissioner. The Chief of Staff will provide administrative, operational, and policy support to the Deputy Commissioner, ensuring all communications are answered in a timely fashion and all deadlines are met.
What You Will Do
The responsibilities of the Chief of Staff include serving as the FMC internal point of contact for interagency communication and coordination, attending meetings with and on behalf of the Deputy Commissioner, and identifying process inefficiencies to automate workflows and facilitate change management.
