Role OverviewAs the Chief of Staff to the Deputy Commissioner of Asset and Property Management, you will serve as the Deputy Commissioner's principal strategic and policy advisor, ensuring executive readiness, disciplined messaging, and operational alignment across a complex housing portfolio.

You will provide executive-level strategic guidance, lead executive briefing preparation, policy analysis, and interagency coordination, and translate complex operational, legislative, and financial matters into clear, defensible executive narratives.

Requirements

- High political acumen and discretion in handling sensitive matters

- Capacity to synthesize large volumes of operational and policy information into concise executive guidance
- Willingness to maintain consistent in-office presence and attend external executive engagements
