Requirements
- 7–20 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS business models, revenue drivers, customer lifecycles, and SaaS metrics
- Proven expertise in developing and executing GTM strategies for growth-stage or established businesses
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect market opportunities to business outcomes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of sales, marketing, customer success, and revenue operations
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly entrepreneurial environment
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
