Job Description
We're a fast-growing edtech company looking for a Chief of Staff to help scale our business. As a hands-on operator, you'll drive execution, growth, and strategy across teams. You'll be responsible for translating priorities into action, owning end-to-end execution of key initiatives, and building systems that scale.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years experience in consulting, banking, investing, ops/strategy, or a high-growth startup!
  • Strong individual contributor who enjoys being hands-on
  • Exceptional execution skills — you get things done
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Clear, confident communicator (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and high ownership mentality
  • Genuine interest in education, impact, and building something meaningful
