Job Description
We are looking for a Chief of Staff to support the CEO and drive cross-functional initiatives at Terra AI. The role involves strategic planning, execution, and operational management.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and driving organizational initiatives
  • 2+ years prior experience in a relevant role at a software development company, including Chief of Staff, project management, business operations, finance or strategy roles
  • Bachelor's degree in any field is required, MBA, data science/computer science/engineering/geosciences-adjacent degrees or entrepreneurial experience preferred
  • Ability to work from Redwood City, CA for at least 3 days per week
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment is a plus
  • Experience or strong interest in mining or energy-adjacent sectors is a plus
