Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in business management or executive role
• At least five years of effective labor management and/or collective bargaining experience
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, leadership or related field of study
• Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
• Excellent written, verbal and public speaking skills
