The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or an analytical hybrid role at a high-growth tech company, with real-time working alongside Product and Engineering.

Requirements

  • Real-time working alongside Product and Engineering
  • Credible across domains: Eng trusts your technical judgment, Finance and GTM trust your business rigor
  • Strong quantitative chops — economic models, data interrogation, signal vs. noise
  • Clear, direct communicator — executive-ready recommendations, not decks full of caveats
  • Thrives independently in ambiguity — high-impact IC, not a management track
