Job Description
SIAA is seeking a Chief Operating Officer for the West/Central Region. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, translate strategic goals into actionable strategies, and lead teams to drive growth and improve efficiencies. The position is responsible for cross-supervision of Agency Growth Coaches and RVPs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 7 years related experience and/or training
  • Extensive property and casualty insurance company, wholesale insurance, and/or agency experience
  • Management experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively one-on-one and to larger groups
  • Outstanding presentation skills
  • Ability to set clear priorities and delegate
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
