Key responsibilities include strategic HR management & compliance, executive leadership & governance, data intelligence, culture cultivation, strategic talent acquisition, employer branding, onboarding excellence, learning & development (L&D), CPE compliance, technical upskilling, leadership pipelines, and performance frameworks.
