Job Description
24 Hour Home Care is seeking a Chief People Officer to lead its People function, aligning with a strong mission and providing high-quality, personalized caregiving services. This role will oversee Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Compliance, HR Operations, Organizational Development, and Total Rewards, while reporting to CEOs in two business units. A data-driven leader, commercially minded, and deeply committed to a people-first culture is essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred
  • 15+ years of progressive HR/People leadership experience
  • 7–10 years in senior leadership roles (VP, SVP, CHRO, or equivalent)
