Job Description
The NYC Department for the Aging seeks a Chief Quality Officer to ensure the quality of services offered to older adults in New York City. The selected candidate will serve as a cabinet member and trusted advisor to the Commissioner, driving operational excellence and long-term value through quality management and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college
  • 4 years of experience directing a large organizational segment or directing and controlling several small organizational segments
  • 18 months of administrative, managerial, executive or supervisory experience
  • Experience in quality management, process improvement, and data analysis
