Job Description
Koniag Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a Chief System Engineer (CSE) with a TS/SCI security clearance to support KMS and our government customer at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA.

Requirements

  • 10 years' experience as a Chief System Engineer (CSE) or Deputy CSE for a major technology program valued at over $100M
  • 8 years' experience in leadership capacity on classified programs at the SCI level or higher
  • 8 years' experience in military tactics and technical methods focused on control and protection of Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PNT) data
  • 5 years' experience overseeing technical requirements and assessments for new and emerging capabilities
  • 5 years' experience executing activities in support of the DoD 5000 series acquisition lifecycle process
  • 5 years' experience using Agile Development processes
  • 5 years' experience establishing and managing a formal risk management process for a technology development program
  • Master's degree in engineering, scientific, or technical discipline related to PNT and/or C5ISRT
