Role OverviewThe CTO builds a living ecosystem where standards, habits, and ways of working compound over time, partnering with the CEO to define the engineering direction and working with IO Labs to bring promising ideas from research into reality.
What You Will Do
The CTO will work with the CEO to define the future engineering strategy, own enterprise technology and architectural direction, shape the developer ecosystem, and lead the technology function at an enterprise level.

- Direct experience shaping a developer ecosystem at scale
- Experience contributing to executive-level strategy, board materials, and investment decisions
