Role OverviewEllie Mental Health is seeking a creative, compassionate, and child/adolescent-focused therapist to provide therapy to children and adolescents using developmentally appropriate and creative interventions. The role offers flexibility, autonomy, and hybrid work options, while still providing the structure and support of an in-person team.
What You Will Do
Provide therapy to children and adolescents, work collaboratively with caregivers, schools, and other providers, complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and timely case documentation, and maintain a minimum of 25 weekly client sessions.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in behavioral health field (Social Work, Counseling, MFT, etc.)
- Active Massachusetts clinical license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) or be working towards licensure
- Experience providing therapy to children, teens, and families
- Comfort using creative, expressive, or play-based approaches
- Strong diagnostic and documentation skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with EHRs
- Successful background check
- Authorization to work in the US
