Role OverviewThe Child and Family Specialist will facilitate family team conferences, address critical issues, and make recommendations for referrals and resources. They will work with key stakeholders, children, families, service providers, and community resources to ensure child safety and well-being.
What You Will Do
Attend and facilitate family team conferences, prepare administrative functions, complete home study packages, make DOAS requests, and interface with interagency critical support resources.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Social Work, a valid New York State Registration as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW), and at least one year of full-time, satisfactory, post-graduate experience in family team conferencing or related modalities of practice.
