Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated leader to join our Milton team as the Assistant Director of our school. Requirements

Must pass required state and company background checks
Must have Director Certification (DII qualification)
3-10 years of experience in early childhood education w/ 2+ years in an ECE leadership role
Strong understanding of play-based learning and social-emotional development
Demonstrated commitment to kindness, respect, and community engagement
Must have a high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred
Adhere to all company policies and EEC regulations
Ability to stand, move, run, and play for most of the day
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times a day
