Job Description
Center For Positive Changes is seeking a Child Care Worker to provide care and supervision to residents in a therapeutic home setting, ensuring compliance with CFPC policy and regulations.
Requirements
Valid Child Development Teaching Permit
Alcohol Counselor Certificate
Drug Counselor Certificate
Completed 12-semester units of Early Childhood Education, Adolescent Development, or Foster and Kinship Care Education or related field
At least 1 year of experience working at STRTP or similar population
At least 100 hours of experience working with youth as a mentor, athletic coach, teacher, vocational coach, tutor, counselor, or other relevant experience
Relevant life experience in the child welfare, mental health or juvenile justice systems as a consumer, mentor, or caregiver or other relevant experience as determined by CFPC
