What You Will Do
Implements individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA). Observes, records, and reports on client's progress, as well as the condition and behavior of the client daily. Manages challenging behaviors. Assists clients, as needed, to acquire academic and/or appropriate life skills.

Must have a genuine love for working with children. Strong interpersonal skills for working with children and families. Must be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal background check. Must have reliable transportation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Registered Behavior Technician Certification if already obtained
