What You Will Do
Implements individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA). Observes, records, and reports on client's progress, as well as the condition and behavior of the client daily.

Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification: Registered Behavior Technician Certification if already obtained.
- Passion for Children: A genuine love for working with children.
- Positive Attitude: Strong interpersonal skills for working with children and families.
- Experience: Prior experience with children is advantageous.
- Continuous Learning: Interest in ongoing development.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation.
- Background: Must be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal background check.
