Role OverviewChild Protective Investigator will conduct investigations of abuse, neglect, abandonment, and special conditions for children. What You Will Do
Conduct investigations, collect information, assess danger threats, arrange emergency placement, notify state attorney and law enforcement, provide families with service linkages, and report indication of abuse, neglect, and abandonment.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Four years of law enforcement experience or active military service
- Associate degree or 60+ credit hours from an accredited college or university
- Two years of professional work experience or two years of law enforcement experience or active military service
- Valid Driver License
- Operational private vehicle for use in daily work activities
