What You Will Do
Duties include initiating and responding to requests, analyzing and completing financial activities, coordinating with internal and external partners, researching and resolving case issues, gathering information and analyzing case data to determine next steps, assisting customers, and interacting with financial services providers, other states, employers, and other business partners.

Requirements
- Two years of experience processing information using a computer system.
