Role Overview

The Center of Hope for Behavioral Health is seeking a Clinical Therapist who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of underserved individuals and families. What You Will Do

Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and evaluations, develop, implement, and contribute to individualized treatment plans, provide individual and/or group therapy services, and document client progress, behaviors, and therapeutic interventions accurately and timely.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We are seeking candidates who will be eligible for independent licensure within one year of hire, with a minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience working with children and/or adolescents, and experience addressing trauma, anxiety, depression, identity development, and transitional life issues.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, Social Work, or a related field (CACREP-accredited preferred)
  • Actively pursuing independent licensure in Tennessee (LPC-MHSP or LCSW)
  • Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience working with children and/or adolescents
  • Experience addressing trauma, anxiety, depression, identity development, and transitional life issues
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of empathy, professionalism, and ethical judgment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-based environment
  • Demonstrated cultural competence and commitment to serving diverse populations
