Role OverviewThe YMCA has openings for Child Watch Leaders to work various days and shifts. You will assist with day-to-day operations of our child watch area and are responsible for providing a safe, interactive, fun and caring environment for children while in YMCA care.
What You Will Do
Supervise play, game and learning activities of children. Maintain discipline and order. Assist the other childwatch staff and supervisor. Maintain open communication with all parents.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have basic skills in working with children, be 18 years old, and have current child abuse history and criminal record checks. Current certification in CPR Pro and First Aid is also required.
