Child Watch Team Member

The Child Watch Team Member will assist in daily child programs such as monitoring, safekeeping, and enforcing daily operations while providing excellent customer service.

What You Will Do

Assist children while they engage in group and individual sports activities, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and assist with morning drop-off and check-in as well as afternoon pick-up and sign-out.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must be able to work with a wide variety of children, ages from 7-12, and maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work with a wide variety of children, ages from 7-12
• Flexible work schedule and regular attendance is necessary
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Must be detail-orientated and have outstanding organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Must be respectful and friendly to our athletes, guests, and fellow team members
• Must work well with others
• Must take personal initiative for the betterment of the team and facility
• Able to enter information on a computer
