Role OverviewJoin our team as a part-time Childcare Assistant for our Before and After School Program. We're looking for passionate and energetic individuals to work with school-age children (ages 5–12) in a safe, structured, and engaging environment. As a Childcare Assistant, you'll facilitate hands-on activities, provide a positive role model, and communicate with parents and family members.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include facilitating activities, observing state guidelines and program policies, and communicating with parents. Certain positions may also perform management functions such as attendance records and registration.

Requirements
- 18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferably 1 year of experience working with kids under 13
- Medically cleared of any communicable diseases including TB
- Must be warm, friendly, and upbeat
- Exceptional people skills, professional, reliable, and prompt
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, carry (up to 50 lbs.), and do whatever it takes to keep up with the children
