Role OverviewJoin the team as Before and After Care Assistant Teachers for the 2026-2027 school year. The Before and After School Program team is responsible for facilitating hands-on activities, providing a safe and fun environment, and acting as a positive role model for children in the program.
What You Will Do
Facilitate hands-on activities, provide a safe and fun environment, and act as a positive role model for children in the program. Communicate daily with parents and family members via the Playground App. Observe and follow state guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and host school policies.

Requirements
- 18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferably 1 year of experience working with kids under 13
- Medically cleared of any communicable diseases including TB
- Must be warm, friendly, and upbeat. Exceptional people skills, professional, reliable, and prompt
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, carry (up to 50 lbs.), and do whatever it takes to keep up with the children
