Role OverviewWe are looking for someone energetic and passionate about working with kids to join the team as Before and After Care Assistant Teachers for the 2026-2027 school year. The Before and After School Program team is responsible for facilitating hands-on activities, providing a safe and fun environment, and acting as a positive role model for children in the program.
What You Will Do
Facilitate hands-on activities, provide homework assistance, and communicate daily with parents and family members via the Playground App. Certain positions may also perform management functions such as accurate attendance records, registration, and staffing.

Requirements
- 18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferably 1 year of experience working with kids under 13
- Medically cleared of any communicable diseases including TB
- Must be warm, friendly, and upbeat
- Exceptional people skills, professional, reliable, and prompt
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, carry (up to 50 lbs.), and do whatever it takes to keep up with the children
