Requirements
- Hold a High School Diploma or its equivalent
- Pass a background check
- Education in Early Childhood Education and experience within a licensed center
- Empathy and understanding of children's needs and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances
